Jim Chapman Communities Adds Three Key Executives

Vinings-based Jim Chapman Communities, one of the Southeast’s premier 55+ homebuilders, has added three key executives to his company’s senior staff. They are:

Donald R. Brown, Chief Financial Officer – Brown has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, structuring financial strategies for residential acquisition and development, as well as construction financing in metro Atlanta. Recently, as Senior Vice President/Manager of Special Assets, Brown championed the successful financial turnaround of a local community bank. He is a graduate of James Madison University and lives in Alpharetta with his wife and three children.

Stephanie Jones, Systems Manager – Jones has worked in the home building industry for 15 years, specializing in warranty, land development administration, purchasing and systems management. At Jim Chapman Communities, Jones will manage the implementation of a new software system designed to streamline sales, field management and purchasing processes. A graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Jones lives in East Atlanta Village with her husband and two sons.

Jessica Quinn, Production Manager – Quinn is the newest addition to Jim Chapman Communities, joining the firm as Production Manager. In her new position, she will oversee construction starts, production, compliance as well as the firm’s Safety Program. Quinn has a BA in architecture and industrial design from the University of Notre Dame, and a law degree from the University of Denver. She is both a licensed contractor and licensed attorney. Quinn has over 15 years of experience in the home building industry as a custom builder, a purchasing manager and CEO of her own homebuilding company. Quinn has also taught construction codes and law at the college level. She lives in Sandy Springs.
